決して自宅で試さないでください!! 42 Belowがスポンサーを務める日本のプロ・スケートボードチーム「Expertise」が、神奈川県門沢橋にあるX-Dome　スケートパークで初のデモを披露。プロスケーター達には、デモンストレーションの後、42 Below のおいしいカクテルで疲れを癒してもらいました。デモは、かなりのお祭りモードとなり、スカイパーフェクTV！スポーツも撮影に来ていました。

このイベントの模様は、スカイパーフェクTVスポーツチャンネル（ 282チャンネル）の “Skateboarders”で放送中（2008年3月11日～4月10日）。

Expertise, a pro skateboard team in Japan sponsored by 42 Below, were doing their first demonstration at X-Dome Skatepark, Kadosawa-bashi, Kanagawa-ken. 42 Below was there helping them relax after the demonstration with a few tasty cocktails. It turned into quite a party and Sky Perfect Sports was there to film the action.

飲み会を開いたり、いわゆる“のみニケーション”ではなかなか仕事上のシリアスな話はしにくいと考えがちですが、日本綜合地所　は社員間のコミニケーション向上に役立つと考え、そのための飲み代は会社が支給してくれるって！

今月、同社は「部下とのコミュニケーションをスムーズに図るため」、月々１０万円～３０万円の「部下手当」なるものを管理職に支給することを公表。 そこで、42 Below は、42 Below ウォッカとカクテルレシピの入った「飲むニケーション・キット」を「社内の円滑なコミュニケーションにお役立てください」というメッセージ付きで、日本綜合地所へ発送しました。

「部下手当」だけでなく、非喫煙者の社員に対して１０万円の手当を支給するなど、日本綜合地所はその型にはまらない社内規則で有名。

Boozing into the night, or so called “nomu-nication” (nomu means “to drink” in Japanese) may inhibit coherent speech but Japan General Estate is betting it will make workers communicate better. And the company is willing to pay for it!

The company announced this month that it will “attempt to smoothen communication with subordinates” by providing a monthly “Subordinate Allowance” ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 yen per month to members of its management team. 42 Below dispatched their special “Nomu-nication Kit” to Japan General Estate, consisting of a healthy supply of 42 Below vodka and cocktail recipes and a note; “To help with Smooth Communication within the company”

Japan General Estate is known for its unorthodox work policies, such as paying 100000 yen in benefits to employees who do not smoke.

American School in Japan Gala Dinner
Mandarin Oriental, Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
We sponsored the American School in Japan Gala dinner for the second year to help raise money for the schools running costs. 42 Below sakura cocktail was guzzled down by the gallons by the well-heeled guests. Instead of using promotional models we decided to use very cute sheep, which were extremely popular and kept disappearing off with different bankers. One was auctioned off at the dinner for a large sum of money.

オリエンタル・ドリーム

材料:
42 Below フィジョア ウォッカ   30 ml
クランベリー・ジュース  45 ml
ライチ・ジュース  60 ml

作り方:
長めのグラスに42 Below　ウォッカ、氷、ジュースを入れて混ぜ、桜の花を最後に飾ります。少し甘く、トロピカルな味でノックアウト。


スカーレット・ベリーニ

材料:
42 Below ウォッカ  10 ml
ピーチ　リキュール  15 ml
ブラッドオレンジジュース（絞りたてがベスト！）  30 ml
プロセッコ又はシャンペン
オレンジの皮（飾り用）

作り方:
お酒類とジュースをシャンパンフルートに入れて混ぜ、プロセッコでトッピング。


パパラッツォ

材料:
42 Below パッションフルーツウォッカ  10 ml
アペロール  5 ml
グアバネクター  10 ml
シュガーシロップ（水あめ）  Dash　少々
プロセッコ
作り方:
お酒類、ネクター、シュガーをシャンパンフルートに入れ、よく混ぜる。プロセッコでやさしくトッピング。

Oriental Dream

Ingredients:
42 Below Feijoa vodka  30 mls
Cranberry juice  45 mls
Lychee juice  60 mls
Method:
In a tall glass add 42 Below vodka ice and juices, stir and garnish with a Sakura blossom.

Slightly sweet, tropical and knocks you knickers off.


Scarlet Bellini

Ingredients:
42 Below vodka  10 mls
Peach liqueur  15 mls
Blood orange juice  30 mls freshly squeezed best!
Prosecco or Champagne
Orange zest to garnish
Method:
Combine spirits and juice in a Champagne flute, and top with Prosecco.


Paparazzo

Ingredients:
42 Below Passionfruit vodka  10 mls
Aperol  5 mls
Guava nectar  10 mls
Sugar syrup  Dash
Prosecco
Method:
Pour spirits, nectar and sugar into a champagne flute, and stir vigorously. Gently top up with Prosecco.
