[ Design & Implementation]
This project entailed complete program implementation from initial design to actual construction. An empty textile warehouse was converted into living and working space for two practicing fine artists. The chosen aesthetic was ‘clean industrial’ to complement the work of the clients. Innovative use of materials and simple spacial planning kept project costs to a minimum.

Coolroom refrigeration panels were adapted for use as an internal ceiling lining material, and plywood was use throughout the project as both a flooring and cabinetry material to complement simple white plaster walls and a polished concrete slab floor..
